Vitis Aurunca – Denmark

Mariella D.O.C. Falerno del Massico – Red wine

The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color with purple highlights.
After a careful selection of the grapes, these are fermented in 25-30 days at a temperature of 25°C. Subsequently the wine become of age in new oak barrels for 12-18 months.
Maturation in oak barrels adds the wine a rich tannin structure, which provides a persistent bouquet and pleasant flavor without being overly dominant.

Margherita D.O.C. Falerno del Massico – Red wine

The wine has a very intense ruby red color.
After a careful selection of the grapes, these are fermented in 25-30 days at a temperature of 25°C. Subsequently the wine become of age in new oak barrels for 12-18 months.

Margherita is a wine produced on Aglianico (100 %) grapes, which are cultivated on the slopes of Monte Massico mountain. The thermal underground and the salty air from the coast gives the wine a complex and full-bodied structure. The silky tannin's make the wine elegant and is rich in Balsamic and spicy notes.

Agnese D.O.C. Falerno del Massico – White wine

Spicy and complex bouquet with notes of wild flowers and citrus.
After picking the grapes quickly becomes transported to the cellar and pressed gently. The wine is filtered and fermented at low temperatures throughout the winemaking process.
By constantly measuring the wine is monitored to ensure, the utmost care to preserve the wine from oxidation.

Serena Campania I.G.T. – Red wine

The wine is mild and has a soft texture that makes it easy to enjoy just in itself.
The selection of the grapes for the Serena wine is done very carefully both before and after the picking. The grapes are pressed and fermented for 25-30 days. Subsequently, the wine is aged in 8 months.

You will benefit greatly by decanting this wine – you will easily be able to sense a big difference in the way the wine opens up.

Fiona Roccamonfina I.G.T. – Red wine

A wine with pleasant structured spicy taste. You sense an intensity from a grape variety, that has existed and been preferred since Roman times.
After the harvest of the grapes, these are carefully sorted and pressed and then fermented for 25-30 days. The wine is then stored for maturation in 8 months and becomes an exquisite Fiona.

As with the Serena red wine, you can also benefit greatly by decanting this wine – you will easily be able to sense a big difference in the way the wine opens up.

Ruth – Spumante Rosé Brut – Vintage 2019

A rosé sparkling wine made from the Primitivo grape. The wine has a beautiful, light pink color with a fine, persistent string of bubbles, that constantly helps to give the wine a fresh scent of citrus and sweetness full notes of small red fruit berries.

Angela – Spumante Bianco Extra Dry – Vintage 2019

This bianco sparkling wine is made from the Falanghina grape. The wine has a beautiful, golden colour with fine, persistent rows of bubbles, that constantly helps to give the wine a fresh fragrance and wonderful balance of acid and sweetness full notes of exotic fruit and white flowers.

Federica Campania I.G.T. – Rosé wine

The new rosé wine, Federica, has a nice pink color and wonderful balance of sour and sweetness notes of fresh red berries with a mild aftertaste of strawberries. The wine is enjoyed best cooled and fits perfectly in addition to a hot summer day.
